Mr. Golov has more than 15 years of experience working in IT and IS management. He began his career as a consultant-engineer and worked up to General Director of our company. Mr. Golov has worked for the special security service as an integrator. He has three higher education degrees. He has graduated from: 1) the FSS Academy with a specialty in applied mathematics, 2) the Academy of Marketing and Management, with a specialty in financial analysis, and 3) the Moscow Higher Business School with a specialty in IT Management (MBA degree). He is a certified auditor for information systems (CISA), a certified specialist in information security (CISSP), and is a specialist of the Business Continuity Institute. He is a member of the Information Security working group of the Digital Economics of the Russian Federation program. He is a participant in the Association for the Protection of Information (AZI) international organization. Mr. Golov has been awarded a second-degree medal in “strengthening state information security” by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control. The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has awarded him with a “General of the Stemenko Army” medal for his services in protecting classified military information classified by the Russian state.
Mr. Zrjachikh has more than 15 years of experience working in the field of information security. He joined Security Code in 2013 as Director of the Service Department. In 2015 he was named to the position of Technical Director of the company. Mr. Zrjachikh graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2004, with a specialty in Complex Information Security Provision for Automated Systems. In 2012 he graduated from the MBA program at the Moscow International Higher Business School.
Mr. Dbar has worked in information security for over 10 years, successfully recommending himself at first in the role of Senior Auditor and Specialist in IS Standards, and then as an Account Manager responsible for interacting with key clients in the financial sector. He joined Security Code in 2012 as the Head of our Partnership Department. Under his leadership, our programs for partner interaction were completely updated and revamped, facilitating long-term and exceptionally transparent relationships with our cooperating partners. At year-end 2013, given these remarkable results, he was named to the position of Deputy Commercial Director, and was advanced to the position of director of the same department in 2014. Mr. Dbar graduated from the State University of Management in 2004.
Mr. Karpunin has worked in IT for more than 15 years. He began his career as a Tester and Systems Administrator, worked as a Systems Engineer, Architect, and Project Manager. He joined Security Code in 2013 as head of the Department for Projects and Integration. In 2015 he was promoted to Head of the Service Department. He graduated from the Moscow State University Faculty of Electronics and Systems Technology with high honors in 2001.
She has been working in finance for over 20 years, spending most of her career as chief accountant for various manufacturing, government and telecommunications companies. She joined Security Code in 2015 as deputy chief accountant. Four years later she became chief accountant, and from October 2022 - financial director. One of his main tasks is to automate financial processes. She graduated from the Astrakhan State Technical University with a degree in food production technology and as an external student from the Russian State Humanitarian University with a degree in finance and credit.
Ms. Rusanova has worked in structured personnel management, effective personnel sourcing and personnel training for more than 10 years. In 2012, she transitioned to Security Code from OAO Vimpelkom (Informzaschita Group) as an HR-generalist. In the same year she was promoted to Head of Personnel Management. As a result of her good results, she was promoted to the position of Personnel Director in 2014. Ms. Rusanov holds a degree from the Foreign Languages Faculty of Lenin Moscow State Pedagogical University.
Mr. Yevseev has worked in the field of IT and IS since 1997 at various large Russian companies. He began his career as a developer, and later worked as a systems analyst, project manager, and head of various IT departments. He joined Security Code in 2016 as Head of our IT Services. His higher education is in applied mathematics.
